How can I help?

Touch and hold an empty part of your Home Screen, tap Edit, then Add Widget, and search for Eventura. Pick a size, add it, then touch and hold the widget and choose Edit Widget to pick which countdown it shows. Lock Screen and Apple Watch widgets work the same way.

Eventura syncs through iCloud, so check these on each device:

• You’re signed in to the same Apple Account.
• In the Settings app, tap your name, then iCloud, and make sure Eventura is turned on in the list of apps using iCloud.
• In Eventura, open Settings: Sync should say Connected. Tap Sync now to check for changes straight away.

Changes usually arrive within a few seconds, but on a slow connection they can take a little longer.

Open the countdown and tap Invite Friends. Friends need Eventura and to be signed in to iCloud. Everyone you invite sees the same countdown, and can comment and react. To share with lots of people at once, tap Publish with a Code instead: anyone can then join by tapping Join with a Code and typing it in.

Eventura is free for up to three countdowns, with every style, widget and feature included. Eventura Pro is a one-time purchase that removes the limit. There’s no subscription, and it’s shared with your family through Family Sharing.

In Eventura, open Settings and tap Restore purchase under Eventura Pro. Make sure you’re signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account you bought it with. If a family member bought it, check that purchase sharing is turned on in Family Sharing.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose Eventura Pro.

Deleting a countdown removes it from every device and from iCloud. To remove everything, see Deleting your data in the privacy policy.
